On the 25th May 2017 Forward Industrial Products Group Ltd launches the next generation Konecranes Agilon material handling solution at the Made in the Midlands Exhibition 2017, Ricoh Arena stand E35. Konecranes Agilon experts and Agilon demo will be available on the day.
The multi-award-winning and patented Agilon is an industrial internet application that helps improve efficiency and safety in industrial companies. The system consists of a shelving system with one or several robots that travel within the shelving, user access points and a net portal. Access to all information of stored product items, inventory and transactions are available 24/7.
Agilon can be used for storing and managing thousands of different components, providing real-time information on component inventory through an Internet connection. A user interface shows the availability of parts and displays an image of the specific part that is needed. A new photo is taken every time goods are stored. Agilon uses a transportation tube that connects all of the modules in the shelving a network that can consist of multiple shelves in different places and even separate floors.
